love the boy's parents, how they always treat me just like their own daughter.

it was his mum's bday but when i mentioned how i love the asam fish-head at the zhi-cha store downstairs they agreed to just go there instead. it's like we've been there for his dad's bday dinner, cny dinner and now his mum's. hahahaha, i just like it there lah,spicy and sour taste of the asam fish, SHIOKNESS! :D

and to the point that his mum weighed herself in front of me and asked me to weigh myself, it's a huge wake up call to me after all the cny goodies.

Dearest fats and lumps,
its either you or me. cause we can never co-exist, i'm determined to exterminate all of you! i'm gonna make a promise to at least run on alt days and eliminate ALL fatty foods from my diet! i can't go on like this, i need the change. and it starts NOW. gonna start the run/gymming session tmrw. and i wanna find a yoga/kickboxing class soon.

cause afterall, nothing taste better than being skinny!!!

i need to get the scale moving to the right once again, healthy living + shedding extra pounds FTW!!
